Book My Asian Wedding

Terms and Conditions

Last updated 6 November 2026

These terms explain how Book My Asian Wedding arranges bookings between customers and independent suppliers. They apply to enquiries, quotes and bookings made through our website, phone, WhatsApp or email. Your booking confirmation sets out the details of your own booking.

1. Who we are

Book My Asian Wedding is operated by Booking Central Ltd, the company behind Party Central. Booking Central Ltd is registered in England and Wales (company number 15496869), registered office: Building 1 Chalfont Park, Chalfont St. Peter, Gerrards Cross, England, SL9 0BG. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Booking Central Ltd, and "you" means the person or organisation making a booking.

2. Our role as a booking agent

We are a booking agent and introducer. We help you find and book wedding and event services, and we manage your booking from enquiry to event.

The services themselves, such as dhol players, DJs, dancers, horses, vehicles, mandaps and decor, are provided by independent third-party suppliers ("Partners"). Partners are not our employees. Your booking confirmation names the Partner and sets out who the parties to your booking are and which terms apply.

3. Quotes and prices

Enquiries and quotes are free and carry no obligation. Any prices in our guides are indicative only. Your price is confirmed in your written quote and depends on your date, location, time on site, number of performers, travel and your exact requirements.

A quote is valid for the period stated on it and subject to availability. Prices include VAT where it applies and this is shown on your quote or booking confirmation.

4. Making a booking and paying a deposit

Your booking is confirmed when you accept a quote and pay the deposit, and we send you a booking confirmation. A date is only held once the deposit has been paid.

Availability is first come, first served. Partners and teams have a set number of performers, so once they are fully booked for your date they may be unable to take further bookings unless the timings work.

The balance is due by the date shown on your booking confirmation. Where we collect payments, we do so as agent for the Partner and for our own fee, as set out in your booking confirmation.

5. Changes and cancellations by you

Please tell us in writing as soon as you need to change or cancel a booking. Changes depend on availability and may change the price.

Cancellation terms are set out in your booking confirmation. Unless it says otherwise, deposits are not refundable once a booking has been confirmed, because the Partner has reserved your date and turned down other work. Nothing in these terms affects any statutory rights you have as a consumer.

6. Changes and cancellations by a Partner

If a Partner is unable to perform for reasons such as illness, accident or travel disruption, we will use reasonable efforts to find a suitable replacement of a similar standard. If we cannot, we will refund what you have paid for the services that were not provided.

7. Your responsibilities

To help your event run smoothly, you agree to:

  • give us accurate details of your date, timings, venue, running order and any special requirements;
  • check and tell us about any venue rules, including sound limits, finish times, the number of performers allowed, access, parking and procession start times, and obtain any permissions or licences needed;
  • provide safe access, power, space and refreshments where reasonably needed, and a safe place to work;
  • tell us promptly if timings change, because extra time on site or waiting time may be charged.

8. Performance, timings and safety

Partners provide their services with reasonable skill and care, and the Partners we work with hold public liability insurance. Partners arrive in good time and work to the timings agreed with you.

Where animals or vehicles are involved, the Partner's handler or driver has the final say on safety, welfare and conditions, and may adapt or stop part of the service if they consider it unsafe.

9. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

Subject to that, we are not responsible for the acts or omissions of Partners, except as the law requires, and our total liability to you in connection with a booking is limited to the fees we have received from you for that booking. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, income or opportunity.

10. Events outside our control

Neither we nor a Partner are responsible for delay or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, power or transport failure, government restrictions or venue closure. We will work with you and the Partner to rearrange or find a fair solution.

11. Complaints

If something is not right, please tell us as soon as you can by emailing support@partycentral.co.uk or calling 0800 410 1414 (Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm). We will look into it and reply promptly.

12. Our website

The content on this website, including text, images and videos, belongs to us or our Partners and is protected by copyright. You may view it and share links to it, but you must not copy or reuse it commercially without our written permission.

Prices, availability and descriptions on the website are for information and may change. We take care to keep them accurate but they do not form an offer until confirmed in your quote.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you make your booking applies to that booking.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, unless the law of another part of the UK gives you the right to bring a claim there.
